Keith Dee

Keith Dee, President

Keith is President of Osage Advisors with more than 30 years of experience advising business owners and families of midsize companies and helping them maximize value through M&A and capital transactions. Over the course of his career, Keith was a partner of a CPA firm and ran several privately held businesses. This unique combination of financial and operating experience enables him to understand and meet the goals and objectives of his clients. Keith has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, business services, IT, healthcare and distribution.

Keith began his career as a CPA prior to forming his own accounting firm. Keith sold his practice to become Chief Financial Officer of The Great American BackRub Company, a public specialty retailer and wellness company based in New York. He then became President of Earmark, Inc., a New England-based manufacturing company. Keith earned a BS in accounting from Bryant University.

Keith Dee holds the Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law), Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative) and the Series 82 (Private Securities Offering) as a representative of StillPoint Capital, LLC, Member FINRA and SIPC, Tampa, FL.

Jennifer Oliva

Jennifer Oliva, Vice President

Jen has over 20 years of M&A experience with an emphasis on business analysis, strategic development and finance. She is responsible for creating client books and related financial exhibits that Osage employs to present a client’s story to prospective buyers.

Jen’s background includes managing critical elements of over 30 acquisitions, serving a key role in a $150 million IPO and overseeing monthly forecasts and budgets for a division of a Fortune 200 Company. Before joining Osage Advisors in 2015, Jen worked in the Investment Banking group at UBS, was a member of the M&A team at Spa Capital, and maintained senior roles in Corporate Strategy and Finance at Clayton, Tamarack Energy, and Waste Management. Jen received a B.A. in Psychology from Colgate University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business.

Jim Young

Jim Young, Managing Director

Jim has more than 30 years of leadership experience building businesses through mergers and acquisitions within multiple industries.  He has conducted over 75 transactions valued at more than $10 billion.

Prior to Osage Advisors, Jim served Legrand North & Central America for ten years as the Head of Corporate Development.  During that time, he more than quadrupled the revenues and profits through consummating 20 acquisitions.

Prior to Legrand, Jim held Corporate & Business Development positions of increasing responsibility within General Electric and IBM.

Jim received his MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and his BS from Clarkson University.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Jim holds the Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative) and the Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) as an Investment Banking Representative sponsored by StillPoint Capital, LLC, Member FINRA and SIPC, Tampa, FL.

William Wilcoxson

William Wilcoxson, Senior M&A Advisor

Will Wilcoxson has over fifteen years of CEO, M&A, venture capital, private equity, partnership and strategy experience in the information technology market. He has extensive experience working with online technology and technology-enabled services companies. His recent engagements include buy-side and strategic partnership projects for Catalyst Investors and Oak Investment Partners. He has also served as a Board member or Advisor to a number of companies including Airwide Solutions, CenterPost Communications, Micro-E Systems and Vibrint Technologies.

Prior to joining Osage, Will was a Partner in Black Dragon Capital and spent six years as a Partner at Axiom Venture Partners. He began his career with General Electric in its Financial Management Program. Will earned his undergraduate degree in Economics with honors from St. Lawrence University and a Masters in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Henry B. Resnikoff

Henry B. Resnikoff, Senior M&A Advisor, Real Estate

Henry brings over 35 years of experience in real estate and capital markets to Osage. He has worked on a broad range of real estate transactions including commercial, office, industrial and healthcare facilities. Representative transactions include development projects for BJ’s Wholesale Club, Stop & Shop, Home Depot, Weis Markets, Petco, Starbucks Coffee, McDonald’s, and, Kohl’s. In addition, Mr. Resnikoff has provided advisory services to public-private partnerships for economic development on multiple projects throughout his career.

Prior to establishing his career in real estate, Henry worked as an economist for the Federal government and private companies including the National Academy of Science, the Wage Price Commission and the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Mr. Resnikoff is very active in numerous organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers and ICSC National Economic Advisory Committee. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, Masters of Arts and Masters of Philosophy Degrees, all in Economics, from the George Washington University. Henry is also an Eagle Scout.

Keith Evans

Keith Evans, Senior M&A Advisor

Keith is an accomplished entrepreneur and consultant with more than 30 years of experience in management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, information technology and real estate. He has served on boards of several publicly traded and privately held companies. Keith is passionate about helping business owners prepare themselves and their business for a successful transition of ownership. He holds a BA in Economics and Marketing from Western Connecticut University.

Philip Dee

Philip Dee, Business Development Associate

As the newest member of the team, Philip brings his passion for sales and marketing to Osage. He is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing and business development activities.

Philip graduated Endicott College in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing. He completed several college internships focused on marketing, business development and CRM, with Meridian Associates, Celebrity Marketing and Osage Advisors.

Geri A. Fitapelli

Geri A. Fitapelli, MAI, CBA, CVA, Senior M&A Advisor

Geri has over 35 years of experience in business valuation and commercial real estate. She holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, and the CVA and CBA designations from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Geri has extensive experience in working with family-owned and closely held companies and has valued businesses in a variety of industries throughout the U.S.

During her career, Geri served as board member for the University of Florida Bergstrom Real Estate Center, as well as the South Florida and Gulf Coast Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. She has also served as Special Magistrate for the Collier County Value Adjustment Board, Director and Treasurer of CREW Naples-Ft. Myers, and President of the Valbridge Women’s Council.

Prior to joining Osage, Geri was Chair of the Board of Directors of Valbridge Property Advisors, a national valuation firm headquartered in Naples, Florida.

Geri earned her B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business. She is a licensed real estate appraiser and broker in Florida.

Jack McGlinn, Osage Advisors

Jack McGlinn, Senior M&A Advisor

Jack has over 25 years of experience leading financial transactions and mergers and acquisitions in the middle market. He has overseen over 150 transactions amounting to $2 billion of private equity and private credit investments.

Prior to Osage Advisors, Jack spent 20 years as a Senior Managing Director at Capitala Group, a Charlotte, North Carolina private credit and private equity firm. He served on the Investment Committee and was Chief Operating Officer for six years. Jack served on over 20 portfolio company Board of Directors and helped guide management and M&A activities.

Prior to Capitala, Jack was President of Triangle Biomedical Sciences, Inc. where he lead operations and M&A activity for the manufacturer and distributor of laboratory equipment.
Jack received his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Prior to his MBA, Jack worked for Price Waterhouse where he was a Certified Public Accountant.
