Osage Advisors is looking for a strategic and relationship-driven mid-level advisor to collaborate with senior team members on the execution of lower middle market M&A transactions across a variety of industries.
The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in the M&A space with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the development of materials including confidential information memorandums (CIMs), pitch decks, buyer lists, and financial models
• Generating ideas and delivering solutions to meet client needs via research, analysis, and development of tactical plans
• Serving as a primary point of contact for external transaction team members including legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory agencies
• Responding to diligence requests
• Maintaining proper client communication throughout the transaction process
• Establishing and developing relationships with new and potential clients
