Sr.Associate/Vice President, Investment Banking

Osage Advisors is looking for a strategic and relationship-driven mid-level advisor to collaborate with senior team members on the execution of lower middle market M&A transactions across a variety of industries.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in the M&A space with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the development of materials including confidential information memorandums (CIMs), pitch decks, buyer lists, and financial models
• Generating ideas and delivering solutions to meet client needs via research, analysis, and development of tactical plans
• Serving as a primary point of contact for external transaction team members including legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory agencies
• Responding to diligence requests
• Maintaining proper client communication throughout the transaction process
• Establishing and developing relationships with new and potential clients

Development Associate

Investment Banking Business Development Analyst

Osage Advisors is looking for a driven & detail-oriented analyst to assist with the firm’s business development and deal marketing efforts.

This position presents the opportunity to work alongside the Osage deal team to create, market, and track deal materials for M&A transactions represented by the firm. The analyst will gain close exposure to clients across a variety of industry sectors as well as an extensive scope of investment banking processes. The role will require close collaboration with senior bankers and will report into the firm’s president.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation pitch materials and presentations
  • Confidential Agreement (CA) coordination & tracking
  • Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) coordination & tracking
  • Execution of deal-related email campaigns
  • Identification and evaluation of potential targets and acquirers
  • Salesforce administration & reporting
  • Daily deal team support

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience, preferably in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or M&A related fields. All candidates must have a strong work ethic as well as possess strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills. Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot), and/or DropBox Sign are preferred, but not required.
